Joe Mazzula is a stubborn asshole. Whether you’re a supporter of his or not, I think most would agree with that statement. He has strong opinions. Like The Town being the best movie ever made. Or, he we should all get fighting coins and that the earth is flat. I’m pretty sure he said that last one. The problem is that the Celtics are stacked with talent and winning games. So, people think his dumbass opinions are funny. His buffoonery is excused because the team is winning. If Jerod Mayo came out with the same opinions he would be obliterated. All of you morons that can’t see through his bullshit are to blame here.
The Celtics main problem on the court is their lack of adaptability. They do what they do. And what they do is the modern NBA. Threes and lots of them. His plan is simply shoot more times than theopponent and if they hit a certain percentage they win. It’s a bitchass way to play, but that’s what the kids do these days. If Kobe Bryant was alive and heard that he would punch Mazzula right in the dick for bringing that into his beloved NBA.
What’s wrong with the Celtics is they appointed a hardo nerd to be the coach. The players are happy to just jack 3’s all day. It’s easier than having to develop a full game or ever have to actually run a unique set, because Mazzula doesn’t know how to draw up a play. The Celtics have the most talent in a talent driven league. Even with a halfwit coach they are still the favorites. Joe Mazzula isn’t changing. He’s gonna do what he does; and so will the Celtics. Mazzula is the problem people. Stop being idiots. I’m right.
